Most of what I list isn't one kind of house. It's a three-storey in Churchill Meadows, a raised bungalow in Hamilton, a condo townhouse in Rathwood, a semi in Meadowvale. Different buyers, different pricing, different preparation.

I live in Georgetown and work across Halton Hills, Acton, Mississauga, Milton, Oakville and Burlington. I've also done a fair bit in Hamilton, including this past spring.
Most of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients, which is a slower way to build something and the only kind that compounds.
