About Mike
The right move, not just the next one.
It comes down to one idea: real estate doesn't have to be confusing or overwhelming. You deserve honest advice, clear communication, and someone who takes the time to explain the process so you can make a confident decision.
You work with me directly from start to finish. I listen, I tell you the truth even when it isn't the easy answer, and I treat your move like it matters. Whether it's a first home, the family home, or something you're buying to hold, the goal is the same: the right move, not just the next one.
Working that way has taken me across the west GTA, with first-time buyers, growing families, downsizers and investors. It's also why most of my work comes from referrals and repeat clients, people who trusted me once and didn't hesitate to send a friend.
If you are thinking about a move, or you just want a second opinion on something, get in touch. It costs nothing and it obligates you to nothing.

Where I work
I'm based in Georgetown and work across Halton and Peel: Halton Hills, Acton, Mississauga, Milton, Oakville and Burlington. Mississauga is where a lot of my long-term experience sits and I'm still active there every week.
I also work in Hamilton, including this past spring. Beyond that I'll travel for existing clients and referrals, but those are the areas I know properly.
How I work
Show my work. Keep you in the loop more often than you probably want. Tell you when I think you're wrong, and explain why, and then respect the decision when it's yours to make.
The rest of this site is mostly me explaining things I end up explaining anyway. If it's useful, take it, whether or not we ever work together.
