Where I work

Halton and Peel, mostly close to home. These are the areas I know properly rather than the ones I could put on a list.

The areas, one by one

Home base

Georgetown and Halton Hills

Where I live and where a lot of my week happens. Georgetown, Acton and Glen Williams. Smaller market than Mississauga, which means the comparables are thinner and pricing takes more judgement.

Deepest experience

Mississauga

Where most of my long-term experience sits, across Meadowvale, Streetsville, Erin Mills, Lisgar, City Centre, Churchill Meadows, Clarkson, Lorne Park and Rathwood. Still active there every week.

Harrison, mostly

Milton

Harrison in particular. Newer housing stock, a lot of similar homes on a street, which makes pricing more precise and competition more predictable.

More buy side

Oakville

West Oak Trails, Westmount, Bronte, Glenorchy. More of my Oakville work has been on the buying side than the selling side.

Oakville space, different number

Burlington

Orchard, Headon, Uptown. Often the answer for people who want Oakville space at a different number.

Active this year

Hamilton

I work here too, including this past spring. Randall, Dundas, Stoney Creek. Not a market I claim to farm, but one I know my way around.

What I won't pretend

I'll travel for existing clients and referrals, and I have done work in Guelph, the Barrie area and the Toronto west end. Those aren't areas I'd tell you I specialize in, and an agent who works your street every week will know things I don't.

If you're outside where I work and want a name, ask me. I'd rather refer you to someone good than take it on and be average at it.
